We have a mixture of onsite and helpdesk customers, but all have a singe point of contact and have dedicated technician’s assigned to them. We traditionally believe that our education clients prefer an on-site, frequent service, and have the same point of contact. Within our IT support agreements, we also include budgetary planning and meetings to help you plan for the future – letting you know (in plenty of time) when deadlines have to be met! We also look at the current assets you currently have and advise on how to make the best of them too.
