Previously known as Highview and Foxwood Schools, we worked closely with The Beacon, Folkestone with their new build school, ensuring that they have all they need for the foreseeable, planning the move, assisting with the move and supporting their onsite support once they had re-located.
We fully managed their requirements working with the school over a period of 12 months prior to the move. We advised and implemented IT and AV solutions for the project. We also identified and relocated of in the region of £500,000 worth of legacy equipment.

Working closely with the schools, we provided an audit of each of the legacy sites as they were, ensuring that any legacy equipment which could have been utilised was relocated.
We broke down each aspect of the project, ensuring that the schools were fully aware of what was being proposed to ensure that the school could open on budget and on-time.
During the project, we also facilitated:
During the parts of the project we had to work with other agency who occupied some parts of the building. They involved detailed consultations with Kent County Council Project Management Team, The School, The Specialist Teaching Service & NHS – through to completion.
We also worked extensively with BAM (KCC main building contractor for the project).
We are proud of the working with the school, providing schedules of work for the project and implementation of Active Network Hardware, IT, Core Infrastructure, Teaching Spaces, Audio Visual and Telephony Solutions.
Thank you to Lewis and all his team to make our new build happen. We could not have done it without you. Sarah Reardon, Business Development Manager, The Beacon, Folkestone
